How it Works
This use case is all about minimizing switching between Salesforce and Slack but using Agentforce and Slack.
Instead of going back and forth between apps, just build the agents you need and then ask your Agent to do things such as asking it to lookup info in Salesforce or even create a timesheet. The use case video to the right shows two such cases:
- “What are the upcoming tasks?” → instant answer.
- “Can you help me with my time entry?” → done, timesheet created.
Its all done without leaving of Slack.
Agentforce isn’t about sprinkling magic AI powder into a random use case or on old processes. It’s about rethinking how work actually happens. If your team lives in Slack, why force them back into Salesforce every 5 minutes?
