Agentforce + Slack | Notify Assigned Resources

This use case builds on part I and part II of the Slack + Agentforce use cases. Use a Salesforce Flow to notifies a resource when they are assigned to a PSA Project via Slack. The new resource gets easy access to Confluence pages, all from the Project Slack Channel, and just by calling the Agentforce Agent.
HOW IT WORKS

Building on Part 1 and Part 2 for Slack & Agentforce, This use case brings it all together and shows how to notify a resource via Slack when they are assigned to a PSA Project.

  1. Salesforce Flow notifies them on Slack  (Skip email notifications)
  2. The new resource gets easy access to Confluence pages, all from the Project Slack Channel, and just by calling the Agentforce Agent.

This use case uses Slack + Flow + Data Cloud + Agentforce + Confluence. All accessible from a single tool.
