How a Health Check for Salesforce & Certinia works
A health check starts with an assessment of the current implementation. The CLD team will ask questions about the process and system relevant to the scope of the project.
Next the CLD team develops options and presents the recommendations to the client for decision. Once the client selects the proposed enhancements, the CLD team builds the changes in a sandbox. Testing, training and change management are included as needed.
Once everything is ready to go, the CLD team deploys the changes to production and monitors production for a week or two to ensure everything is working as expected.
